About Me

I spent years grinding through marathon workouts, jumping from diet to diet, and chasing the latest supplements — but nothing really moved the needle.

Through research and real-time testing, I built the method I use today — one that targets every aspect of the muscle fibers for maximum natural growth. Using this system, I added 2 inches of solid arm mass in just a few months without drugs, extreme diets, or wasting hours in the gym.

I bring 20+ years of training experience, certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the International Sports Science Association, and a Master’s degree in Physical Education.
Today, I use the Big Arm Project to help guys build bigger arms, more confidence, and real presence — without the guesswork.
Outside the gym, I enjoy time with friends and family, watching my son grow up, and sports cars.
